Makes 1-1/2 cups dip or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 pieces.

Ingredient list

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Directions

Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat; stir in flour. Cook and stir 2 min. Whisk in broth and lemon juice; bring to boil. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat.

Add cheeses and bacon; stir until cheeses are melted.

Serve with WHEAT THINS.

Serving SuggestionServe with vegetable dippers such as carrot sticks, broccoli florets and red pepper strips in addition to the crackers.
