Combine fajitas and nachos into the best Mexican appetizer. Layer beef steak fajita filling with nacho toppings, then serve with WHEAT THINS Big Snacks.

Cut steak across the grain into thin slices, then cut each slice in half.
Heat oil in medium cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until browned. Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
Add peppers and onions to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Return meat to skillet. Add water and seasoning mix; stir. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat.
Top meat mixture with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS.
Serve with WHEAT THINS.
