Ingredient list

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 pkt. (1.25 oz.) chili seasoning mix
1 cup refried beans
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped red onions

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Brown meat in medium saucepan on medium heat; drain. Return to pan. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning mix; cook an additional 1 min., stirring occasionally.

Spread beans onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate; top with meat mixture and cheese.

Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Garnish with sour cream and onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
