Try these sophisticated appetizers with deli roast beef wrapped around asparagus spears on a hearty cracker and topped with horseradish sauce.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice and 1 tsp. chives until blended.
Wrap 1 meat piece around each of 32 asparagus pieces; place on crackers. Discard or reserve remaining asparagus pieces for another use. (See Tip.)
Drizzle with horseradish sauce.
Sprinkle with lemon zest and remaining chives.
