Ingredient list

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ⅓ cup chopped red pepper s
  • 2 cups chopped baby kale
  • ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 36 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 9 slices deli smoked turkey breast  (6-3/4 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 6 provolone cheese slice s (4-1/2 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces

Heat oven to 350°F.


Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add red peppers; cook and stir 1 min.


Stir in kale; sprinkle with black pepper. Cook 1 to 2 min. or just until kale is wilted. Remove from heat.


Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with turkey, kale mixture and cheese.


Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
