Ingredient list

  • 24 NILLA Wafers
  • 1½ cups Neapolitan ice cream
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping (Do not thaw.)
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles or nonpareils

Directions

Place wire rack in shallow foil-lined pan. Arrange wafers in single layer on rack.

Top each wafer with small scoop of ice cream, using 1-1/4-inch scooper. Freeze 1 hour.

Microwave whipped topping and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Cool slightly.

Drizzle about 1 tsp. chocolate mixture over each scoop of ice cream. Top with sprinkles. Freeze 1 hour.

    Substitute 24 decorative seasonal candies for the sprinkles.

    Available in many sizes, scoopers can be used for a wide variety of uses, such as for portioning out the dough for cookies or ground meat for meatballs, as well as for scooping ice cream. Look for the 1-1/2-inch scooper needed to prepare this recipe in kitchen equipment stores or in the kitchen section of your favorite department store. If you don't have a 1-1/4-inch scooper, you can use a 1-Tbsp. measuring spoon instead.
