Ingredient list

  • 1 container (12 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese spread
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 6 TRISCUIT Crackers, coarsely crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley

Heat oven to 350° F.

Mix cream cheese spread and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese until blended; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

Top with artichokes.

Combine crushed crackers, parsley and remaining Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over artichokes.

Bake 18 to 20 min. or until spread is heated through and top of spread is lightly browned.

Serve with additional crackers and/or cut-up fresh vegetables.
