If fall were a party dessert, it would surely taste like this combo of pumpkin spice cheese dip topped with sweet apple chunks, whipped topping and toffee. Perfect for dipping WHEAT THINS.

Makes 3 cups dip or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 WHEAT THINS each.
Chop 1 EACH Gala and Granny Smith apple. Add to large nonstick skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in cider; cook 1 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Cool.
Spoon half the cooked apples into small bowl; reserve for later use. Beat Neufchatel cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Blend in pumpkin pie spice. Add whipped topping and remaining cooked apples; mix lightly. Spoon into serving bowl.
Top with reserved cooked apples; sprinkle toffee bits around edges of dip.
Slice remaining apples. Serve with dip along with the WHEAT THINS.
