This Halloween appetizer makes not only a cute pumpkin but is a platter of whole wheat crackers topped with a creamy sweet potato mixture and pecans.

Heat broiler.
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Reserve 8 nuts for later use; chop remaining nuts.
Arrange crackers, with sides touching, in 6 rows of 6 crackers each on prepared baking sheet.
Mix Neufchatel cheese, potatoes and sugar until blended; spread onto crackers. Top with chopped nuts and marshmallows.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until marshmallows are lightly toasted. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Decorate with reserved nuts and cinnamon sticks to resemble a jack-o'-lantern as shown in photo.
