TRISCUIT Pull-Apart Garlic "Bread"

Gooey, cheesy garlic goodness layered between TRISCUIT Crackers and served with marinara sauce makes a delicious hot Italian appetizer.

Ingredient list

  • 4 oz. mascarpone cheese  (1/2 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. chopped Italian parsley
  • 36 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • ½ cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1½ cups marinara sauce

Heat oven to 375°F.  Cut 2 (14x12-inch) pieces of foil; top with parchment and spray with cooking spray.


Mix mascarpone, Parmesan, garlic and parsley until blended.


Place 2 rows of 9 crackers each, with sides touching, on each sheet of prepared foil.  Spread crackers evenly with mascarpone cheese mixture; top with mozzarella.


Rearrange topped crackers on foil sheet, with edges slightly overlapping, to resemble loaf as shown in photo.  Loosely wrap each loaf in foil to make packet, being careful to leave space at top of packet.


Place both packets in single layer on baking sheet.


Bake 8 to 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted.  Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening each packet.


Serve topped crackers with marinara sauce.
