  • 20 TRISCUIT Garden Herb Crackers, finely crushed, divided
  • ½ cup hummus
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups oil
  • ¼ cup tzatziki

Reserve 2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with hummus, egg white and parsley.


Shape into 14 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Roll in reserved cracker crumbs until evenly coated. Refrigerate 1 hour.


Heat oil in small saucepan to 375°F. Add 4 or 5 balls; cook 1 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oil with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining balls.


Serve hummus balls with tzatziki.
