Makes 24 truffles or 12 servings, 2 truffles each.

Ingredient list

1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. honey
¼ tsp. almond extract
1 bar (3.52 oz.) TOBLERONE Swiss Dark Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat, melted
¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted, ground
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

Beat cream cheese, honey and extract with mixer until blended. Stir in melted chocolate and nuts.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

Roll cream cheese mixture into 24 balls, using scant tablespoonful for each ball. Roll, 1 at a time, in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
