Ingredient list

  • 28 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • ⅓ cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • ⅔ cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Directions

Line 9-inch round pan with plastic wrap. Finely crush 24 cookies; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Chop remaining cookies.

Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; spread onto crust. Top with nuts, marshmallows and chopped cookies; press lightly into cream cheese layer. Drizzle with chocolate.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

  • How to Easily Melt Chocolate in Microwave

    Microwave 1 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Spoon melted chocolate into a freezerweight resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Fold down top of bag tightly and snip a tiny (about 1/8-in.) piece off one of the bottom corners of bag. Holding the top of the bag firmly, drizzle chocolate through opening in desired pattern.

  • Note

    For best results, spray bottom and side of round pan with cooking spray before lining with plastic wrap. This will help the plastic wrap stay in place making it easier to press the cookie crumbs onto bottom of pan.
