RITZ Cheese Nachos
Sometimes you just need an easy snack and these Mexican nacho bites are the perfect choice! RITZ Crackers are topped with cheeses, olives, and a spoonful of salsa.
Ingredient list
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- ¼ cup salsa
Directions
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Place crackers in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake 3 to 4 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
