Pulled Pork Dip

Makes 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 13 chips each.

Ingredient list

  • ½ cup EACH chopped green and red peppers
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 container (16 oz.) pulled pork with barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
  • RITZ Toasted Chips Original

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook peppers and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add meat, sour cream, lime zest, lemon juice and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.

Spoon into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.

Serve with chips.
