Ingredient list

  • 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 38 RITZ Crackers, divided
  • 1 cup finely shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped pickled jalapeño slices
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup sliced black olives

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package; cool slightly.

Meanwhile, arrange 19 crackers, with top sides down and sides touching, in solid 9-inch round on parchment-covered baking sheet. (See tip.)

Spoon meat mixture over crackers; top with cheese, onions and jalapeño slices. Cover with remaining crackers, top sides up, to make 19 sandwiches.

Bake 10 to 12 min. or until meat mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.

Use sour cream to make the seams of the basketball; top sour cream with olives. Serve warm.
