Enjoy these delicious lemon bars, made with fresh lemons, when you need a simple but classic dessert. A vanilla wafer crust adds a special touch.

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine wafer crumbs, butter and 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar; press onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking powder and remaining granulated sugar in medium bowl. Whisk eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice until blended. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Pour over crust.
Bake 20 min. or until center is set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
Top with additional lemon zest before serving.
Use a moistened sharp knife to cut the dessert into bars, carefully wiping the knife blade clean with a damp towel between cuts.
Top each bar with a few fresh raspberries before serving.
