Lemon OREO-Apple Crisp
In an unexpectedly delicious combination of flavors, slice fresh apples and OREO Lemon Creme Cookies make the best microwaved apple crisp ever.
Ingredient list
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 3 OREO Lemon Creme Cookies, finely crushed
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
Spray 2 (6-oz.) microwaveable custard cups with cooking spray. Toss apples with sugar in medium bowl.
Combine cookie crumbs, cinnamon and butter. Add 1 Tbsp. to apple mixture; toss to evenly coat. Spoon into prepared custard cups; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until heated through. Cool slightly before serving.
