Ingredient list

  • 1 pkg. (8.1 oz.) RITZ Toasted Chips Original
  • 1 cup lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 cup raisins

Heat oven to 350°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Combine chips and nuts in large bowl; set aside.

Whisk egg white in medium bowl until blended.  Add butter, sugar, cinnamon and chili powder; mix well.

Add egg white mixture to chips mixture; toss to evenly coat chips mixture with butter mixture.

Spread chips mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake 12 to 15 min. or until chips are lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.  Remove from oven.

Add raisins to chips mixture; stir.  Cool completely.
