Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottoms of 24 miniature paper muffin cup liners. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Microwave chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth and well blended. Cool. Spoon over crusts.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Sprinkle with sugar.
