Try our spin on magic dessert bars with this fun cheesecake version. They'll be a new family tradition when you serve them after trimming the tree with your family.

Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Chop 8 cookies; reserve for later use. Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Stir in butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended.
Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Spoon evenly over crust.
Top with chocolate chips, coconut, nuts and reserved chopped cookies.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until center of cheesecake is almost set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate cheesecake 2 hours.
Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan before cutting into bars to serve.
Prepare using Neufchatel cheese for the cream cheese.
Top warm cheesecake with 1 Tbsp. sprinkles, choosing the color(s) of the season or holiday you are celebrating.
Prepare recipe using milk chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts.
