Line 1-1/2-qt. freezer-proof bowl with plastic wrap. Press 12 cookies onto bottom and up side of bowl. Cut 5 cookies in half. Press, cut-sides up, into side of bowl near top edge to form rim. Chop remaining cookies.
Spread half the ice cream into bowl; sprinkle with half the chopped cookies. Top with remaining ice cream and chopped cookies; cover. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
Unmold dessert onto plate. Let stand 10 min. to soften slightly before serving.
This deliciously simple dessert only requires two ingredients and makes a great treat to serve at your next party or family gathering.
Melt 1 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over unmolded dessert just before serving.
