Makes 9 servings, 1/2 cup each.
Heat over to 375°F.
Layer cookies in 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, overlapping edges of cookies as necessary to evenly cover bottom of dish.
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl until blended; pour over cookies.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Microwave frosting in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 sec. or just until softened; stir. Drizzle over pudding.
Serve warm.
If you don't have ready-to-spread frosting on hand, you can easily make a homemade icing. Just mix 1/4 cup powdered sugar with 2 tsp. water and a few drops of vanilla until blended. If icing is too thick to easily drizzle over the pudding, stir in additional water, 1/2 tsp. at a time, until icing is of desired consistency.
