Ingredient list

  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimento s, drained
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, divided
  • WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Snacks

Heat oven to 350°F.


Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.  Add 1/2 cup mozzarella; mix well.


Spread onto bottom of shallow casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.


Bake 20 to 25 min. or until dip is heated through. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; bake 5 min. or until melted.


Serve with WHEAT THINS.
