Makes 3-1/4 cups salsa or 26 servings, 2 Tbsp. salsa and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
Mix honey, lime zest and lime juice until blended.
Combine all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS in large bowl.
Add honey mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve with the WHEAT THINS.
