Makes 5-1/2 cups dip or 44 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
Crumble turkey into large cast-iron skillet. Add onions; cook and stir on medium heat until turkey is done, stirring occasionally.
Add mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, seasoning mix and oregano; mix well. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until turkey mixture is heated through, stirring frequently. Add 3/4 cup cheese; cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Top with remaining cheese.
Serve with WHEAT THINS.
