Makes 24 servings, 1 topped cracker each.
Prepare brownie batter and bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package; cool.
Use 1-1/2-inch round cutter to cut brownie into 24 rounds; discard trimmings or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
Place brownie rounds on crackers; top with remaining ingredients.
Prepare using 24 store-bought brownie bites.
Place brownie trimmings in airtight container. Store at room temperature up to 2 days before using as desired. Some fun ideas include using them to make parfaits by cutting the trimmings up, then layering them with pudding in parfait glasses. Or use them to make sundaes by placing the cut-up trimmings in dessert dishes, then topping with scoops of ice cream and your favorite sundae toppings.
