Savory Three-Cheese Spread
Southerners know that this pimiento cheese spread as a staple of entertaining, so why not try it at your house? The creamy spread is perfect on a RITZ Cracker.
Ingredient list
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 slices deli-style smoked ham (1-1/2 oz.), finely chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped red bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- ¼ tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- RITZ Crackers
Directions
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of shallow 2-1/2-cup microwaveable dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with next 3 ingredients.
Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until heated through.
Top with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
Serve with crackers.
