Ingredient list

  • 1½ tsp. olive oil
  • ½ each small green and yellow pepper, cut lengthwise into thin strips, then crosswise in half
  • 1 small onion, slivered
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 24 thin pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce

Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
