Makes 4 cups or 12 servings, 1/3 cup each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine RITZ Bits and cookies in medium bowl. Add butter; mix lightly.
Add cinnamon sugar gradually, mixing lightly after each addition.
Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 5 min. or until lightly toasted. Cool completely.
Do not overbake this delicious snack mix. Leaving it in the oven too long will cause the creme filling to ooze out of the cookies.
Look for cinnamon sugar in the spice aisle of your supermarket. Or, you can easily make it yourself. For the amount of cinnamon sugar needed to prepare this recipe, combine 2 Tbsp. sugar with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon.
For a change of pace, add your favorite snack ingredients, such as yogurt-covered raisins, dry roasted nuts, dried fruit and/or miniature marshmallows, to this kid-friendly snack mix.
