RITZ Holiday Cinnamon Swirls
Need an easy homemade gift for the holidays? These sweet RITZ Cracker bites that taste amazingly like a cinnamon roll are great for a dessert bite or a Christmas gift!
Ingredient list
- 50 RITZ Crackers
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. water, divided
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until lightly toasted; cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and 2 tsp. of the water in small bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining water, 1/2 tsp. at a time, until glaze is of desired drizzling consistency. Spoon into pastry bag fitted with small writing tip.
Drizzle powdered sugar glaze in circular pattern over crackers to resemble cinnamon rolls. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or until glaze is firm.
