Ingredient list

  • 8 oz. ground beef
  • 8 oz. Mexican chorizo, casings removed
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup rinsed canned black beans, mashed
  • ⅓ cup golden raisins, chopped
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 96 RITZ Crackers, divided
  • 8 pepper Jack cheese slices, each cut into 6 pieces

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook first 4 ingredients in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until meat is done, stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients except crackers and cheese; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Place 48 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with meat mixture and cheese.

Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining crackers to make 48 "empanadas."
