Ingredient list

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 25 RITZ Crackers, crushed
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 12 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed

Heat oven to 400°F.

Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Reserve 3/4 cup of the mayonnaise mixture for later use. Combine cracker crumbs and garlic powder in shallow dish.

Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Brush wings with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Dip, 1 at a time, into crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing with crumb mixture.

Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 15 min.

Serve as dippers with reserved mayonnaise mixture
