RITZ Butterfly
Flower shaped cookie cutters make this fun after school snack a simple choice for busy days! Just layer pepperoni slices and cheese cutouts on RITZ Crackers.
Ingredient list
- 3 Swiss cheese slices
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 12 pepperoni slices
- 3 green onion pieces (2 inch), quartered lengthwise
Directions
Cut each cheese slice into 4 flower shapes using 1-1/2-inch cookie cutter, then cut each flower in half. Reserve cheese scraps for snacking or another use.
Top each cracker with 1 pepperoni slice, 2 flower halves and 1 green onion piece to resemble butterfly as shown in photo.
