Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip half of each of 6 graham rectangles, 1 at a time, into melted chocolate; place on prepared baking sheet. Top with marshmallows.
Dip half of each of 5 of the remaining graham rectangles in chocolate; place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with coconut. Repeat with remaining graham rectangles, substituting nuts for the marshmallows.
Refrigerate 5 min. or until chocolate is firm.
