NUTTER BUTTER Chocolate Cups

A peanut butter cookie crust holds a rich chocolate ganache in these simple dessert bites. Our easy microwave ganache uses just chocolate and whipping cream.

Ingredient list

  • 20 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), divided
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
  • 1½ pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate (6 oz.)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

Heat oven to 350°F.


Crush 18 cookies finely. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter; mix with cookie crumbs. Press onto bottoms and up sides of 24 paper-lined mini muffin cups. Bake 8 min. Cool completely.


Microwave chocolate, cream and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Spoon into cookie cups.


Chop remaining cookies coarsely; sprinkle over desserts.


Refrigerate 1 hour.
