A peanut butter cookie crust holds a rich chocolate ganache in these simple dessert bites. Our easy microwave ganache uses just chocolate and whipping cream.

Makes 24 servings.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Crush 18 cookies finely. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter; mix with cookie crumbs. Press onto bottoms and up sides of 24 paper-lined mini muffin cups. Bake 8 min. Cool completely.
Microwave chocolate, cream and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Spoon into cookie cups.
Chop remaining cookies coarsely; sprinkle over desserts.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Prepare using milk chocolate.
If cookie crusts puff after they are baked, gently press down centers with back of spoon immediately after removing from oven.
