Ingredient list
- 4 triangular watermelon pieces (1-1/2 inch)
- 4 triangular fresh pineapple pieces (1-1/2 inch)
- 4 cantaloupe pieces (2x1 inch), cut as shown in photo
- 4 peeled kiwi slices
- 16 Mini OREO Cookies
- 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. sprinkles
Directions
Arrange fruit pieces and cookies on serving plates to resemble rockets as shown in photo.
Spread yogurt around bases of rockets to resemble exhaust as shown in photo.
Top yogurt with sprinkles.
