  • 1½ cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 10 OREO Cookies, chopped
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.

Bring sugar, honey and butter to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 2 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

Add to oat mixture; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars.
