Homemade granola is easier than you think! The whole family will enjoy this delicious granola flavored with nuts, dried fruit, Mini CHIPS AHOY! Cookies and cinnamon.
This crunchy, low sodium granola makes a great snack for your whole family.

Makes 28 servings, about 1/4 cup each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; set aside.
Combine cookies, oats and nuts in large bowl.
Mix honey, oil, cinnamon and vanilla until well blended. Add to cookie mixture; toss to coat.
Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until granola is lightly toasted, stirring after 10 min. Cool completely. Stir in apricots.
Store the cooled granola in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week before serving.
Spread cookie mixture onto prepared baking sheet as directed. Use back of spoon to press cookie mixture into even layer on baking sheet. Bake as directed. Cool completely on baking sheet. Break granola into small pieces; place in bowl. Add apricots; mix lightly.
Prepare recipe using 8 pkg. (1 oz. each) Mini CHIPS AHOY! Chocolate Chip Cookies and/or your favorite varieties of nuts or dried fruit.
For an easy after-school snack, serve granola with a cold glass of low-fat milk or container of your favorite yogurt.
