  • 6 oz. lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium fajita seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 48 RITZ Crackers
  • 6 pepper Jack cheese slice s (3/4 oz. each), each cut into 8 pieces
  • ⅓ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped tomatoes
  • 24 black olive slices

Heat oven to 350°F.

Brown meat in skillet on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add fajita seasoning mix and water; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.

Place crackers, top sides down, in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Top 24 crackers with meat mixture; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down. Top with remaining ingredients.
