Delicious flavors collide in this creamy jalapeno and ricotta white pizza dip. Leave the jalapeno seeds in to spice it up or keep them out for a milder appetizer.

Makes 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut 1 pepper into thin slices; reserve for later use.
Seed and chop remaining peppers; place in medium bowl. Add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, elote seasoning, garlic and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Spoon into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved peppers and remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through. Remove dip from oven.
Heat oven to broil.
Broil dip, 6 inches from heat source, 1 to 3 min. or until golden brown.
Serve with WHEAT THINS.
Substitute a pie plate for the baking dish.
For a spicier dip, do not seed the jalapeño peppers and/or add additional chopped jalapeño peppers to the dip ingredients before spooning into baking dish and baking as directed.
