Ingredient list

  • 24 CHIPS AHOY! Thins Cookies
  • 1½ cups Neapolitan ice cream
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping (Do not thaw.)
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles or nonpareils

Directions

Place wire rack in shallow foil-lined pan.  Arrange cookies in single layer on rack.

Top each cookie with small scoop of ice cream, using 1-1/4-inch scooper.  Freeze 1 hour.

Microwave whipped topping and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.  Cool slightly.

Drizzle about 1 tsp. chocolate mixture over each scoop of ice cream.  Top with sprinkles.  Freeze 1 hour.
