Place graham rectangles in single layer on platter; top with apples.
Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
Substitute chopped honey-roasted peanuts for the sunflower kernels.
Prepare using your favorite sliced fresh fruit, such as peaches, pears or plums.
