Herb-and-Nut Cream Cheese Log
Why buy a fancy cheese spread for your party when you can make your own in just 10 minutes with our delicious - and easy - cheese log coated with herbs and nuts.
Ingredient list
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped toasted pecans, divided
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- RITZ Crackers
Directions
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan and 1/4 cup nuts until blended.
Shape into 8-inch log.
Roll in combined remaining nuts and parsley; press gently into log to secure.
Serve with crackers.
