Ham 'n Swiss Spicy "Jamwiches"
Jalapeños add a kick to this warm, satisfying starter.
Ingredient list
- 3 Tbsp. seedless strawberry jam
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh jalapeño peppers
- 72 RITZ Crackers
- 12 thin Swiss cheese slices (1/4 lb.), each cut into 6 pieces
- 6 thin deli honey ham slices (3 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
Place crackers, top sides down, in single layer on rimmed baking sheets; cover with cheese. Top 36 cheese-topped crackers with ham.
Bake 2 to 3 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
Spoon small dollop of jam mixture over ham-topped crackers; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down, to make 36 sandwiches.
