Sweet & Spicy Ham 'n Cheese
These easy appetizer bites are a simple combination - ham and cheese - but heating them in the oven and adding a touch of strawberry jam makes them delicious!
Ingredient list
- 24 RITZ Garlic Butter Crackers
- 4 pepper Jack cheese slices (3 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
- 4 slices deli ham (2 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
- 1 Tbsp. strawberry jam
Directions
Heat oven 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Cover 12 crackers with ham.
Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
Spoon jam onto ham-topped crackers; cover with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down.
