Prepared spinach dip, guacamole and cheddar cheese dip
Pitted black olives
RITZ Crackers, TRISCUIT Crackers and WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
pepperoni slices
Cracker-size cheddar and Colby Jack cheese slices
Fresh vegetable dippers: carrot sticks, celery sticks and bell pepper strips

Directions

Place small bowls of dips in center of large board or platter; top with olives.

Surround dips with crackers in the shape of a jack-o'-lantern. Top some of the crackers with pepperoni and cheese slices, first cutting some of the cheese slices into Halloween shapes with small cookie cutters, if desired.

Place vegetables between crackers for mouth, eyebrows and stem of Jack-o’-lantern.

Serve with additional crackers in bowls or in baskets next to board.

Cheese boards can be prepared for any number of servings, depending on the size of the gathering. Use a guideline of 1 oz. cheese, 2 Tbsp. dip and 1 oz. crackers per person. For a well-balanced board, fill in any empty spaces on board with vegetables. For the 8 servings shown here, plan on purchasing a total of 1/2 lb. cheese and 1 cup of dip.
