Grilled Cheese RITZ-wiches
These mini grilled cheese bites are the perfect after school snack idea! Pair your favorite RITZ Crackers and cheeses for a quick and easy bite size sandwich.
Ingredient list
- 8 RITZ Everything Crackers
- 8 RITZ Roasted Vegetable Crackers
- 8 original RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 8 slices
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese with horseradish, cut into 8 slices
- 2 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 slices
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
Top RITZ Everything Crackers with plain cheddar, then top RITZ Roasted Vegetable Crackers with horseradish cheddar. Top remaining RITZ Crackers with remaining cheese.
Bake 3 min. or until cheeses are melted.
Stack crackers, cheese sides together, to make 12 sandwiches.
