Treat your family and friends to these warm, gooey, oozy chocolatey fudge cakes. As a bonus, the single-serving portions makes them oh so easy to serve.

Makes 12 servings.
Heat oven to 425°F. Line 12 muffin pan cups with paper or foil liners; spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
Microwave chocolate chips and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Beat whole eggs, egg yolks, sugar and flour in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Gradually add to chocolate mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Pour batter into prepared muffin cups; top with cookies.
Bake 8 min. or until lava cakes are firm around the edges. Cool 1 min. Carefully remove cakes from pan to dessert plates. Remove and discard paper liners.
Serve lava cakes topped with whipped topping and raspberries.
