Ingredient list

12 RITZ Cheese Cracker Sandwiches
1 cup frozen mixed pepper strips, thawed, patted dry and chopped
⅔ cup cooked crumbled turkey breakfast sausage
6 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. finely chopped green onions

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Place 1 cracker sandwich in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; top with peppers and sausage.

Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until well blended; pour over ingredients in muffin cups. Sprinkle with onions.

Bake 10 to 12 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool egg bites 5 min. before loosening and removing them from the pan.
